Terms of Sale — Visuals Club

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products (the "Content") on visualsclub.tv (the "Site"), operated by Visuals Club - Studio Saturn. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, as well as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the products

All products sold on this Site are digital video files (VJ loops, visual packs) delivered exclusively by download link. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is provided to the email address used at checkout.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error). Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method used.

4. Delivery

Download links are provided automatically after successful payment, by email and/or on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to check your email (including spam/junk folders) and to contact info@visualsclub.tv if you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital content once performance has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose this right by doing so. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the Content and waive your right of withdrawal from that point forward, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. License grant

Upon full payment, Visuals Club grants the purchasing customer — the individual or company named on the order (the "Licensee") — a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the purchased Content, worldwide and with no limitation on duration, for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Live display via LED screens, video projectors, or any other broadcast or event display equipment
• Use as raw footage in video editing, including post-synchronization to music
• Use as stock footage for visual effects, compositing, or post-production work

6.1 Restrictions

The Licensee may not, under any circumstance:

• Resell or redistribute the Content, in original or unmodified form, whether alone or bundled with other material
• Duplicate the Content or share it with third parties, including via file-sharing platforms, forums, cloud links, or any other means
• Publish the Content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media or streaming platform without meaningful graphic modification (such as video editing/re-cutting or live VJ mixing that substantially alters the original visual)
• Share the download link or the Content with any person or entity other than the Licensee. The license is granted specifically to the named purchaser (the individual, or the company if a company name was provided at checkout). No person or entity outside of the Licensee is authorized to access or use the Content.

6.2 Ownership

All Content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Visuals Club. This license grants a right of use only. It does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the Content.

6.3 Termination

Visuals Club reserves the right to terminate this license immediately and without refund if the Licensee breaches any of the restrictions in Section 6.1.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visuals Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Content. The Content is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
