Return and Refund Policy — Visuals Club

Because our products are digital downloads, this policy covers refunds only — there is no physical return process.

All sales are final once downloaded

Once a download link has been accessed, clicked, or the file has begun downloading, the order is final and non-refundable. Please carefully review each product's description and technical specifications (resolution, format, file size, loop duration) before purchasing. If you have any doubt about whether a product fits your needs, contact us at info@visualsclub.tv before buying.

Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose this right by doing so.

By completing your purchase and confirming this acknowledgment at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and waive your right of withdrawal from that point forward.

Not eligible for a refund

• Any order where the download link has been opened or the file downloaded, in whole or in part
• Change of mind after purchase, once access has been granted
• Incompatibility with software or hardware not specified in the product description

Eligible for a refund (case by case)

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description
• You did not receive access due to a technical error on our end
• A duplicate or accidental purchase, reported before any download has occurred

To request a refund, email info@visualsclub.tv with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of purchase. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.

This policy does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
